As we have now entered the month of November it´s been 5 years for me in the middle east. It doesn´t feel like that long though. I just hope it won´t be another 5 years because that would be too much. Maybe another 1 year would be more realistic.
Tonight I will fly to Colombo for one night. Came back from Johannesburg the other night so haven´t had that much time to recover. My day off was mostly spent helping K to move her stuff to her new flat.
This is how it looks like when fuel is dumped out of an aircraft. This is done if the weight of the aircraft is too heavy in case of e.g. a diversion.
